August 2016: We use comparative samples. Whether natural, screw tops or plastic closures. We tested and compared these wines after 3, 5 and 7 years and came to the conclusion that with the DIAM closure we had found a sealing system that is as close as possible to a traditional cork. The maturation thus obtained is slow and reasonable.
We discovered a type of closure that was free of TCA effects, no cork taint. Our bottled wine is clean, clear and magnificent. The taste of the wine also remains the same several years after the bottling.
